Meet Helsingborgs Konserthus, Yesplan's first Swedish Customer

Yesplan recently welcomed its first customer in Sweden, Helsingborgs Konserthus. So we thought it would be good to hear from them, even though they are in the implementation phase, as they already have a lot to say about our software!

Meet Helsingborgs Konserthus 

We had a chat with Johanna Winhag, the Bookings and Conference Manager. 

“The implementation is going well so far. We are taking everything one step at a time and we are happy with Chris, the Customer Success Manager who is helping us with the implementation. I’m also a big fan of the e-learning modules. I can rely on them and resolve issues by myself instead of having to call in your help. You do need to put some time and thought in the implementation in order to make everything work, but the flexibility you get in return is definitely worth it. You can customise a lot of aspects and in the end, we can do almost anything with the system that we want.”

Enter Yesplan, exit stress and lack of transparency 

“Before switching to Yesplan, we used and are actually still using a different system. It’s a very suitable system for everything that has to do with the symphony orchestra and instruments, as it is designed for that use. But when it comes to actually working on a project and keeping an overview, we needed to create various Excel and Word files to keep track of everything. However it’s not convenient to have to open up four different files when you’re working on a project. It’s stressful not having everything you need in one place and it makes it also harder in terms of transparency and keeping everyone in the loop. This meant that we had to send a lot of emails, which was time-consuming.” 


 “We had a chat with some other venues in Scandinavia, and Yesplan came up. We talked to Violet, the Sales Manager for Scandinvia, who has a clear understanding of the business we're in. After testing several systems, there were some specific features that we liked about Yesplan and we thought Yesplan would suit us best.  That’s why we went for it!”  

“We used Excel and Word files to keep track of everything. It was stressful not having everything you need in one place and it makes it harder in terms of transparency. Luckily, these issues are a thing of the past with Yesplan!”

Johanna’s favourite features 

1. The flexibility: "I love the flexibility of the system. We can do almost everything that we want and we can adjust things so that it works for us, which is great."  

2. It's a live system: "All information is there and can be seen live by all users. It definitely leaves less room for errors and it's so easy to keep everyone in the loop. At the same time, not everything has to be shown to everyone. You can select what is relevant for you." 

3. Dataviews: "In dataviews you can filter out information, which is very useful to me. You can actually do so much with dataviews that will make your day-to-day operation so much easier." 


Next steps? Integrations! 

"In a few months, we hope to be fully up and running and that everyone is using the software to its full potential. I am also very interested in the integrationsIt would be useful if we can connect other systems we use to Yesplan, and there seems to be a lot of opportunities to do so. In other words, a bright future awaits us with Yesplan!"
