On the 9th of September we organised an expert talk with Kulturhuset Stadsteatern. We invited Linda Åhl, Head of Planning, and Dennis Hedlund, Technical coordinator, to shed a light on the planning of their productions!

Linda Åhl is the Head of Planning for Kulturhuset Stadsteatern. Over the past 20 years, she has held various positions such as head of stage and tour manager for theatres and festivals across Sweden.
The last couple of years she has settled at KHST, starting out at the technical department. She led the implementation of Yesplan and recently took up the role of Head of Planning!
Dennis has been in the organisation since 2006. Over those 16 years, he has worked there as a Stage Manager, Tour Leader and Technical Coordinator. Currently, he's in charge of the staff planning for performances, which makes him the admin of the Teamplanner module for Kulturhuset Stadsteatern.
