For our international sales team we are looking for an ambitious British colleague who wants to grow our business by selling Yesplan to cultural venues.
Yesplan is intuitive event planning software for and by cultural organizations. We are a scale-up SaaS software company and have grown into a position of market leader in Europe and have ambitions that reach even further into the world. Yesplan is part of the Activity Stream group, a group with ambitions to supply the event industry with best-in-class tools.
...with a growth mindset. You feel responsible for creating and handling opportunities and thoughtfully convert them into new business. We expect you to be a great communicator and take responsibility to own your work and your target.
As a Sales Manager you are responsible for the full sales cycle. You handle inbound leads and work them all the way through to signage and from there hand deals off to your colleagues from Customer Success. You’ll work on inbound leads but, as the networker that you are, you are also responsible for developing your own.
You meet your targets by demoing our online software and do most of this virtually via Zoom and sometimes face to face if needed. You build rapport to create meaningful relations which are the basis of your ongoing conversations. Your follow ups with prospects are precise and add value each time.
This job requires you to be result driven, have excellent online communication skills and have expertise in communicating the value of software. You also know how to motivate yourself and you are creative in finding a way to your goal.
Although you will do most of your work from home, some travelling will be necessary to go to conferences in the UK and Europe, and to meet the team in our HQ office in Ghent (Belgium) a few times per year.
The sales team consists of international colleagues from Belgium and the Netherlands, so we mostly work virtually and meet on-site to connect with each other and work on strategies.
Send your resume and cover letter to email@example.com before October 2nd.
