Damien has worked in the arts and event industry for over 15 years in Birmingham in theatre and cultural settings. He has established and shaped the commercial activities at MAC and is now managing the ticketing and commercial teams. With a keen interest in technology and IT, Damien led the Yesplan project team and implementation and has been involved in both the practical and the technical sides of the MAC’s approach to the post-COVID opening.

Patrick is Sales Manager at Yesplan (UK and Ireland) and is based in Wells, Somerset - England’s smallest city. He joined Yesplan about 4 years ago. Before that, he worked for a number of ticketing system companies.
