Helen Dunnett, Director of HD Consulting works with arts and cultural clients to help them develop Customer Relationship Management strategies, improve and streamline their business processes and procure CRM/Ticketing system software.
As an experienced consultant, Helen has a proven track record in marketing and audience development, project management, leadership, organisational/business process development and communications having worked in a range of arts organisations for over 15 years.
Helen is also the Chief CRM Contributor at The Ticketing Institute.
A lot of people often say Andrew does not have a proper job. He agrees with that, he says has about six of them. Therapist, lawyer, wrestling referee, nursery school teacher and wild west sheriff are just some of the ways he describes consulting and working with major sports and entertainment franchises around the world wrangling with technology and data to work smarter not harder.
His current client list includes Premier League football clubs, major festivals and some of the UK's most iconic arts venues. As well as leading Europe’s Ticketing Professionals organisation he sits as one of the International representatives on the board of INTIX.
Stef is a multidisciplinary Designer originally from Brazil. With over 10 years of experience in graphic design and architecture, Stef now specialises in user experience and interaction design. As an alumni of Central Saint Martins, Stef is hugely passionate about pushing the boundaries of design and innovation while remaining true to user centred design.
In London Stef worked with a variety of clients and different technologies. From luxury fashion labels to fibre internet providers. Most notably, Stef was a member of WikiHouse Foundation as a User Experience Designer where she was involved in developing the OpenChain, a piece of digital infrastructure aimed at delivering open source building systems and optimising the building process supply chain by connecting key stakeholders like designers, council authorities, end users and services.
Now based in Glasgow, Stef works with the After Digital design team where she is involved in all stages of the UX process, from discoveries to delivering high level designs and conducting user testing sessions.
Hugh Topping founded crowdEngage to help theatres and arts organisations create brilliant audience experiences, drive reattendance, and increase revenue.
His first involvement in the industry was selecting a ticketing system for the family bookshops he helps run. That search led him to Spektrix, where he eventually went on to join the engineering team.
In 2017 he founded crowdEngage. It now serves clients such as the Bridge Theatre, Regent's Park Open Air Theatre, Manchester International Festival, New York's Symphony Space, and the Mercury Theatre amongst others.
